Solskjaer took over United on an interim basis back in 2018 and, after a good championship, was put in charge of the team. Even so, the coach led the team in 168 matches, with 91 wins, 37 draws, and 40 losses.

Rangnick’s coaching career began in 1983 at FC Viktoria Backnang in Germany. At the club, he went on to elaborate on the idea of gegenpressing, which would leverage current soccer with coaches such as Liverpool’s Jurgen Klopp and Chelsea’s Thomas Tuchel.

Rangnick is also known for being one of the people most responsible for the entire success of Red Bull’s European soccer project. The German worked, starting in 2012, as director of soccer for Austria’s RB Salzburg and Germany’s RB Leipzig.
